NMR Sample Manager (online)

Welcome to NMR Sample Manager (online)

Record what's in the magnet alongside your experiment data. Sample metadata is stored as JSON files in your data directories — searchable, portable, and ready for writing up or data deposition. All data stays on your computer. There is no server and nothing is uploaded.

To get started, click Set to choose your NMR data root directory, then Browse to navigate to an experiment folder.

Requires Chrome, Chromium, or Edge. See the Getting Started guide for more detail, including offline use.

Sample files use a shared open JSON schema, and are compatible with TopSpin integration and NMRTools.jl.
